We spent a wonderful Easter week at this resort. The personalized room keys for the kids were a nice touch, and the location, right in the middle of a big park, was perfect for renting bikes and enjoying the many play areas and open zoo. The breakfast buffet was good and the sea view from the room was a plus.
We were disappointed to find out that the swimming pool was closed during our stay. , the location was a bit far from the city center, but the free shuttle bus and nearby train station made it easy to get around.

We stayed in a camp-like resort by a park where we cycled around on the peninsula. the location was great but the room left a lot to be desired. the bathroom was sub-par and the service could've been better. Breakfast was average, and the view was good. overall, we felt like we overpaid for what we got.
Sadly, the food was so bad that it completely ruined our experience, and we left disappointed.

This venue is a luxurious paradise that offers exclusive amenities such as sun loungers, and access to a private beach with beach umbrellas. the Spa centre and Sauna offer a range of massages and holistic treatments, making this hotel the perfect retreat for relaxation and wellness. the surrounding garden area is well-manicured, providing a serene environment to unwind in.
It was either too hot or too cold, lacking the option for an in-between temperature.

We enjoyed excellent service from charming staff throughout our stay at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable with fantastic views of the sea and city. The pool was great and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We appreciated the shuttle bus service to Hakata station in this location right next to a huge park ideal for families.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a great pool with crystal clear water and loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. the location was also a plus since it was close to nearby parks and attractions. the breakfast offered was enjoyable.
The staff seemed to be chaotic, and there was no feeling of sincerity from their part. the rooms were outdated and had a smell of cigarettes.
